To confirm your booking, we require 100% advance payment. Once the payment is received, your vehicle and driver will be fully reserved.
2. What is included in the price?
Our prices are all-inclusive. This means the rate includes:
Professional driver
Fuel
Salik (toll charges)
Parking (where applicable)
Basic water service (one bottle per person)
3. Is Wi-Fi available in the vehicle?
Yes, Wi-Fi is available upon request for an additional charge of AED 120 per day.
4. Do you provide drinking water during the trip?
Yes, we provide one complimentary bottle of water per person. Additional bottles will be charged separately.
5. What if my pickup is delayed? Will the driver wait?
Yes, our drivers can wait if your pickup is delayed. However, waiting time will be charged separately based on our hourly rate.
6. Can I extend my trip beyond the booked hours?
Yes, you can extend your trip. Extra hours will be charged per hour as per the booking agreement.
7. Are your support staff available at all times?
Absolutely. Our customer support team is available 24/7 to assist you with bookings, changes, or any issues during your trip.

We provide transportation services across all seven Emirates of the UAE, including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, and Umm Al Quwain.
